The Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies is one of the most renowned graduate schools for internal relations in the world. They needed a website that matched that reputation.
The Director of Marketing & Communications was able to hand the full project off to us and receive weekly updates. Erin managed the full project from start to finish. She planned the timeline, redesigned the IA, developed a better admissions conversion strategy, wrote and migrated the full content, managed the SAIS teams in DC and Bologna, liaised with the design firm (mStoner), sourced imagery, set up custom analytics reports, QAed, and stayed up past midnight for the final two weeks to ensure a smooth launch. The site has gone on to win awards and produce a significant increase in applications.
