Mount Holyoke College is one of the oldest, most prominent liberal arts colleges for women in the U.S. Their three academic centers develop global leaders and needed a web presence on par with their heavyweight status.
As part of the mStoner content strategy team, Erin provided each center with a new information architecture, a homepage content strategy, and page-by-page instructions on how to improve their existing content. More importantly, she helped each center tell its story and think through who they were, what they wanted to say (and to whom), and how best to say it.
Through client workshops and my own writing and research, I also helped each center articulate stronger core messages, clarify their mission and program areas, and discover better ways to engage their key audiences. By streamlining their site navigation, recommending areas to prioritize, and creating clear calls-to-action, we made it much easier for students and the public to find the phenomenal opportunities each center offers.
