This case study highlights a recent partnership between New Signature, a full-service Microsoft solution provider, and Teach for America. New Signature provides high-end technology services to leading organizations and my role was to tell the story of their collaboration with TFA in a way that would engage New Signature's prospective clients. My work included client interviews, internal stakeholder interviews, background research, managing client approvals — and my own personal crashcourse in IT infrastructure and hybrid servers.
